Liquify liver and water in food processor, pour into mixing bowl and add all the other ingrienents.

Mix well and pour onto greased non stick baking sheet - spread evenly.

Bake 180degrees C for 30 minutes, remove from oven then quickly cut into squares while hot or cut with a cookie cutter.

Variation:  add 1/2 cup of peanut paste.

1.5kgs minced chivcken meat

2.1/2 cups of frozen vegetables (no garlic or onions) minced

4 cups brown rice - (is an easily digestable carbohydrate)

Place chicken, vegetables and rice into saucepan then stir in 6 cups water until this mixture is smooth.

Place over medium-high heat, bring to the boil stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover saucepan and simmer until the rice is tender and all of the liquid has been absorbed (about 25-30 minutes).

Cool completely before serving; or put into individual freezer bags ready to be placed into the freezer; or store in your fridge in a sealed container.

Stir in enough water to make a firm, slightly sticky dough.
